Our friends at Olive & Mango have developed some delightful ways to incorporate Amāre into your lives – the recipes are behind the photos.
One 12oz bottle of @amare_probiotics goat milk kefir
1 to 1 & 1/2 cups of fresh/frozen strawberries (I used @dolesunshine )
2 tbsp of maple syrup/honey or more to taste
Put everything in blender and blend until smooth
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
Remove from molds and enjoy.
Full fat Yoghurt
Pinch of salt,Clean dish cloth or cheese cloth,Metal sieve,Metal bowl
Place the metal sieve over the metal bowl and place the cheese cloth over the sieve
Mix the salt into the yoghurt and pour into the cheese cloth.
Pull the ends of the cheese cloth together and tie loosely

Grapes - washed and separated
A couple tbsps of EVOO
A couple tbsps of balsamic vinegar
Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 F
In a bowl toss grapes with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
Place them on a baking sheet and roast them for 20-30 minutes until they are golden and start to burst
1 tub of Greek yoghurt strained in a cheesecloth over a metal strainer and bowl over night (I used Amare probiotics goat yoghurt but you can also use plain full fat yoghurt of your choice)
Juice of 1/2-1 lemon depending on how lemony you want it (I usually go for all)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, grated
