Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients 1 tub of Greek yoghurt strained in a cheesecloth over a metal strainer and bowl over night (I used Amare probiotics goat yoghurt but you can also use plain full fat yoghurt of your choice) Juice of 1/2-1 lemon depending on how lemony you want it (I usually go for all) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp red wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, grated
