Roasted Grapes

Ingredients Grapes - washed and separated A couple tbsps of EVOO A couple tbsps of balsamic vinegar Pinch of sea salt and cracked black pepper Directions Preheat oven to 425 F In a bowl toss grapes with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper Place them on a baking sheet and roast them for 20-30 minutes until they are golden and start to burst
